A newly launched VIP airport assistance company offering premium airport journeys, including personalised meet-and-greet services, lounge access, and private transfers. With no Google Ads history, no performance data, and no clarity on which airports or services would convert best, the client needed a profitable acquisition engine from day one.

The Challenge

As a completely new, bootstrapped business, the client faced several hurdles:

1. Zero historical data

There was no information on which airports, regions, or services were most likely to drive bookings, not on Google Ads, and not within the business more broadly.

2. High search volume for irrelevant terms

Searches for airlines, lounges, airport names, and other services the client didn’t offer run into the millions each month. Without strong filtering, the budget would be drained instantly.
