How do I get started?

Before you commit to anything, we provide an extensive ‘Client Questionnaire’ for you to complete, allowing us to learn about your business’ needs, clients and industry.  Filling out this questionnaire comes with no commitment on your part.

Will I be locked into a long-term contract?

Absolutely not. All service agreements are provided on a month-to-month basis, and there are no hidden cancellation fees.

Websites

Do you build e-commerce websites?

We love building e-commerce sites because we love making you money. Our talented team is experienced in creating custom e-commerce sites, as well as integrating e-commerce platforms into existing sites.

Does my website need to be mobile friendly?

Absolutely! Approximately 60% of search engine traffic comes from mobile devices, such as phones and tablets. WIthout a mobile-friendly website, you are losing out on many potential customers. Our web designers only build websites that are mobile-friendly, and offer a seamless, user-friendly experiences, and turn visitors into customers.

Do you build WordPress websites?

Yes! Our web designers are certified and experienced in building web sites using the WordPress content management system.

Payments

Do you require a deposit to begin design work?

For one-off projects, we generally ask for a 33% deposit to get work underway. Please contact a Prime Digital team member to discuss this.

What payment methods do you accept?

We provide a range of payment options. We accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal and bank transfer.
